FG technology, a part of the FREM Group and provider of intelligent IT and furniture solutions, has been hailed as the ‘One to Watch Company’ in the recent Green IT Awards for its simply brilliant innovation that will help people make significant savings and help reduce CO2 emissions. The awards took place to coincide with ‘world earth week’ last month, to recognise those who have made a significant contribution to improving the IT industry’s environmental performance.

Heat generated by a room full of PCs is considerable and locating them away from the work station leads to substantial reductions in the use and costs of energy-sucking devices like air conditioning.
